I had a wonderful stay at a charming historic building in Queretaro. The staff was attentive and the room was comfortable. I especially enjoyed sitting in the patio, sipping tequila and listening to the soothing sound of the fountain. I highly recommend this hotel.

The value for the money was great, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood and the staff were very helpful and attentive.
The morning meal could have been improved by adding more variety to the breakfast options.

Great location in the heart of the historic center, just a short walk from all the main attractions. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, and the outdoor area with a fountain is a nice place to relax. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the spa offers reasonably priced massages and facials. While the continental breakfast lacked variety, there are plenty of nearby options for dining. I had a pleasant stay at La Mansion de Burro.

The place is small but nice looking, I like the colors they chose: blue and white. That's about all I liked about the place.
The manager, she charged my credit card without my signature or authorization of any kind, she did it in a really sneaky way. Also she thought I was stupid or something because she pretended she didn't do when I asked (thankfully I got a text message from my bank telling me I had just been charged the full amount for the 4 nights). I think it's over priced too and the "continental breakfast" was horrible, just cereal of one kind, milk of one kind and nasty old toast with jelly. Also my friends room didn't have hot water.

I was on my way to San Miguel. I only stayed at your place to rest one night before moving on to San Miguel. I flew to Queretaro from Hawaii, a long overnight journey. Your place was a delight. The staff very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again if in Queretaro.
The taxi driver had a very difficult time finding your place.

The hotel provided excellent value for money, with reasonable prices for a comfortable stay in an authentic, historic building. The attention to detail was evident, with the staff offering different aromatherapy options for each room and providing a welcoming touch with fruit upon arrival. The location in the historic center was ideal, with everything just a few blocks away, allowing us to fully enjoy the city and its pleasant weather.
Although there was a minor issue with the lack of English-speaking staff, this hotel provided a pleasant experience overall.

It is also close to restaurants, cafes, and museums, providing plenty of options for dining and entertainment. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, offering a peaceful retreat after a busy day of sightseeing. The lack of adequate lighting and plugs in the room can be inconvenient.
